Fresh Peach and Basil Salad


  • 4-6 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into bite -size pieces
  • 1 Tb. honey
  • 4-6 basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup lemon chevre (or plain chevre with a little lemon zest)
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Place the peaches in a bowl and
  2. Coat with honey and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Then gently fold in basil and chevre.
