Arugula-Pecan Pesto

1 bunch or more of arugula
1 small clove garlic
1 cup chopped pecans
1 to 2 tablespoons golden raisins
5 to 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
salt to taste
lemon juice to taste
Combine arugula, garlic, raisins and pecans in a food processor or blender and pulse until combined. Stream in olive oil and blend until smooth, adding salt and pepper to taste.
