Ginger-Miso Dressing

3 T. any type of miso (red is preferred)
1/2 c. canola/sesame oil
1 T. apple cider vinegar
2 T. minced ginger
1/4-1/2 c. water

Blend all ingredients - adding water last until dressing reaches desired creaminess.
